Hi, schematic is showing 2 ICs but the veroboard layout is showing only one. I’ve seen others do it the same way, is there a reason why that part of the circuit is removed or am I missing something?
ReplyDeleteMarshall changed the circuit in '94 ? making the BB have more volume and a brighter tone. Most prefer the earlier, warmer sounding version.

Actually, there were three versions of the Bluesbreaker pedal, the first one (and reportedly the best) was the one with the silver case, it was replaced by a similar model with black case, and finally the smaller II version that is around now. The first version also had loop jacks on the back to switch in a loop or other pedals, and is the one that fetches the most money on today's market.
